Background Falling dusk is a manga about Kanuke: A completely luckless college student who has lost his parents, and is bullied regularly. The story is bascically a short chunk of his life in his school, and how it affects him. It was my first ever attempt at a manga. Since its begginning in the year of 2000, it has undergone loads of face lifts, and more than one style change. Then, in late 2002 I decided to re-do the whole thing in a new style, and this is the result of that process. At the point I got up to page 28 of 40 storyboarded pages, and have since picked it up again (in late 2003), with (once again!) a new style. It will probably be changing again... and again. I'll never be satisfied, I'm sure, but the story will always remain more-or-less the same. When I've done up to the last page (page40), I'll put up a detailed plot explanation here, since I'm sure a lot of people will be confused about some points. (note upon finishing: Well, it turns out my prophecy was right... I'm completely dissatisfied, and have already started re-writing it XD XD I'll keep the current version intact this time though. I'm just gonna re-create the whole thing again... I'll kepp you posted!)
